Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities We arc requesting two-years presidential exemption in accordance with CAA 1 12(i)(4) for Cliffs' facilities which includes Burns Harbor and Indiana Harbor Fast and West in Indiana, Cleveland Works and Middletown Works in Ohio. and Dearborn Works in Michigan. Granting the extension will not result in any unacceptable risks to the public or the environment because EPA has determined that the source category presents an acceptable risk to human health with an ample margin of safety with the present controls, requirements, and limits already in effect.
