I assumed the BHRC account would get credited in 2007 for those invoices, so, I double counted the 2007 payments from Shell, XOM, and CVX. The BHRC fund balance at the end of March 2007 is $3.86 M, but minus the BP money and the unpaid 2007 CVX invoice ($435,000) it is really -$945,000.
