Dear Dr* Sayerss
In view of a remark which you made to Dr* Edgar some time ago concerning a ease about which we lxad some infoxmat'on but. which had not boon reported to you, I am led to wonder whether you would like to inaugurate any more direct method of reporting cases
cf complaints than is now. In existenco. I have taken the point of view previously that if any case arose which seemed to have a significance, I would report it to you promptly, but that the general run of ob viously unimportant cases need not be reported, although from time to time I have expected to classify the type of complaints and make a more or less detailed report to you.
I have no wish to burden you with more details1 than you wish, but on the other hand 1 am quite willing; to give you whatever you wish In this respect* I would; suggest, therefore, that you drop me a litao.and toll me just what you v/ould like to have done in this connection*
With kindest personal regards.
Sincerely your3,
HAS:IS
