Tomplait case vas settled out of court vith payment earlier this year. This Is just the beginning, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the trend is towards litigation instead of claim settlement through workmens compensation. We have had a Kayl^Asbestos Replacement Development Program underway for over 5 years.
