Occupational Health and Product Safety Study By Equitable Environmental Health, Inc. (EEH)
You are probably aware of the above captioned survey that is underway throughout Celanese. EEH is in the process of interviewing many individuals and visiting selected plants and other facilities. The attached memoranda by Messrs. Anderson, Wall and Dixon provide details as to the background and purpose.
It is obviously impossible for EEH to visit all facilities. However, in order for them to have as all-inclusive-understanding of the entire Corporation as possible, they have requested each plant to complete the attached confidential questionnaire. In order that we may comply fully, please have the responses (as complete as is feasible) done within two weeks. Please send one copy to Dr, E.M. Dixon at the New York Office and one copy to:
