Arrival in San Francisco should be scheduled for September 12. In order to expedite programming, please indicate on the attached form topics which would be of principle interest to you or your company. It is necessary that these areas be limited to about five topics. Also, since this list is not intended to cover the complete spectrum of vinyl chloride safety, note any other subject of interest in space provided on the questionnaire or by separate communication. Also, with regard to potential social programming, please indicate on the attached form whether your wife plans to accompany you on your visit to San Franicsco. Those who wish to actively participate by presenting a paper, or acting as a discussion leader should contact me as quickly as possible by return mail or by telephone. Our target date for completion of a preliminary agenda has been set for the third week of July.
