,
Dear Bob:
I am afraid that I never thanked you for the copy of your
October 11th letter to Dr. Giessel which you sent me. It struck me as
a masterpiece, as it did Tom Shipman, the only other of our little group
to whom I have shown it.
If my enclosure indicates some degree of improvement in the
attitude of our Texas friend, I am sure that you are in no small measure
responsible.
!
^Sincerely,

"IF THIS ARTICLE COULD BE READ BY PHYSICIANS EVERYWHERE, MUCH GOOD WOULD BE ACCOMPLISHED"
Thiscomment, fromamemberofthefaculty of the Duke University School of Medicine, is
typical of those which have greeted our first mailing of Dr. Johnstone's "Facts and Fallacies."
Through the cooperation of the Industrial Medical Association, we are now enabled to make it
available to all members of that organization. Additional copies, in limited quantities, will be sent
on request to those who may wishto place it before others in the industries with which they are
associated.
