Medical surveillance is done annually on these CEST employes. ITEM VEHICLE BRAKE SHOES (NO PDS NUMBER) 2.A. Garage 9274 B. Brake shoes for vehicles (frequently - approximately twice a month). - C. No monitoring (employes use approved respirator and have annual medical exam). Comment: Brake shoes purchased from auto supply companies. ITEM CRANE BRAKE SHOES 2.A. B. C. Maintenance crane repair 9216 Replace crane brake shoes No monitoring. Highly infrequent task - very short duration. Only one order placed for this item during time frame.
