8 and in Balonis, you gave a Section 400 Restatement of
9 Torts instruction, which you already talked about,
10 about holding a product out as your own.
11 But in Asner, I think the instruction went
12 on a little further and explained if you find -- in
13 that case it said, if you find ACandS liable as a
14. manufacturer --
