cover we have forwarded blood and urine on our employee,
you will recall that we have already sent a urine
specxBn bllowed by a letter. We will now bring his history up to
date;
The employee was absent since 12-6-48, which absence was unreported. A representative of the company visited his home on 12-8-48 and was informed that he had left for work and he had a bad cold. However, the patient did not report for work that date and the possibility of his being intoxicated was investigated.
On 12-9-48 he appeared at our Medical Division and claimed that on 12-5-48 he devloped a generalized aching of legs, neck and head, with feverishness. It was noted that he had a dry cough. He denied drink ing on 12-8-48 and stated that he had a cold for two weeks and has had no "pep" for the past two months although he felt well on 12-2-48. He has no trouble with his bowels and is sleeping well, but claims he is exhausted in the A.M. He is not working at present.
