Miss Lipsitz informed me that Sam usually refers to the Manufacturing Department all requests for large amounts of regular Fluid and to me all requests for small amounts or for special Fluids. The Technical Service Department, Mr. Scales, refer all their requests to the Safety Department in New York. The Gasoline Testing Laboratory, Mr, Davidson, send all their requests into Deepwater.
