As a further supplement to our July 3, July 31, aitid August 5, 2003, letters on the referenced topic, we have enclosed a copy of a C-8 blood model developed by E.I. duPont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont"), which relates to DuPont's knowledge of estimated levels of perfluorooctanoate concentrations in the blood of the communities exposed to DuPont's C-8 emissions in air and water, as of October 10, 2001.
