As requested the substance of the call below and attached.
Met nieuwe verkiezingen in het vooruitzicht hebben we als VNCI voor vier concrete aanbevelingen voor de verduurzaming van de chemische industrie opgesteld. Samen
met een overheid die randvoorwaarden schept willen en kunnen onze bedrijven de transitie naar een duurzame toekomst mogelijk maken. Een toekomst met een gezamenlijk einddoel: klimaatneutraal, circulair, veilig en duurzaam.
1. Klimaatneutraal - Maak verduurzaming mogelijk door de aanleg van infrastructuur voor elektriciteit, waterstof en transport en opslag van CO2. Zet maatwerkafspraken met bedrijven door en zorg voor gerichte ondersteuning voor het realiseren van de klimaatdoelen.
2. Circulair - Zet in op alternatieve materialen om fossiele grondstoffen te vervangen.
3. Veilig - Bevorder het veilig en duurzaam toepassen van chemische stoffen zonder ongewenste effecten voor mens en milieu.
4. Duurzaam - Zet in op een ondernemingsklimaat dat bijdraagt aan brede welvaart, een duurzame toekomst, nieuwe banen, open strategische autonomie en toekomstig verdienvermogen in Nederland.
In de bijlage tref je onze aanbevelingen met concrete voorstellen per punt aan, voor de programmacommissie.
