It is our understanding that there has been no change in the composition of your resin since it was discussed in connection vith its use In film by Reynolds Metals Company. On the basis of your assurance given at that time that the Geon 121 resin consists of polyvinyl chloride, its use as a component of plastic-film is acceptable to this Division.
