As explained to Mr. Raid, the pressure of other coonittaents will prevent us from testing these 5 tons in the immediate future, and we have therefore requested Mr. Reid to defer this order for the tiae being. We hope that it will not be too long before we are in a position to accept this 5 ton trial quantity, and as soon as e feel that we can carry out the necessary tests, we will contact Mr. Reid and ask for the order to be reinstated.
