Dear Mr. Thigpen, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Tenaris Facility on June 26, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 1107 Navigation Blvd, Freeport, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the June 2024 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued and EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is TXR000078386.
