That is the case where tnsr^Kras some contention as to lead poisoning from handling Ethyl gasoline. The Commission held that claimant had not proved the happening of an accident and that is a necessary prerequisite under the workmen's compensation law of this state. Claimant's attorney is threatening to file a common law action in the courts based upon the proposition of an;unsafe place to work. V/e are not alarmed about that but will meet such an issue if and when it is presented.
