Yes, that works! Can I loop back to you on the conference line number? Unless there is one that you have?
Thank you!

It looks like we will be able to have PUC commissioners available to call in on the 23rd at 9:00 a.m. EST.
Even if Mr. Pruitt becomes unavailable, can w e proceed with the call?

I completely understand and I'm sorry, the schedule is just very fluid. Last minute travel always throws a wrench into things but it is very often out o f our control. We are interested in pursuing this effort and I would be happy to work on a time for a conference call.
As it stands right now we are fairly flexible on the morning of June 23rd to do a conference call. I will hold 9AM-10:30AM. Please let me know as soon as you can if that time will work.
Thank you!

Well. The meeting involved the travel of a half-dozen commissioners from across the U.S., so I am not sure how to coordinate a new set of dates and times.
If the EPA does want to pursue this effort, perhaps w e could begin with a conference call at your convenience. To be perfectly candid, I had commissioners fly to Dallas in April for a face-to-face that didn't happen. And I am now faced with telling them this meeting isn't

ED 001523B 00006321-00002
going to happen either - that has a significant impact on relationships. So, let's think about two things: One, would the EPA like to pursue this effort? And if so, can you provide a couple date/time options for a conference call with constructive PUC commissioners? Thanks for your thoughtful consideration. I will await your response.

Hey Paul, I am really sorry. Of course I am happy to look at another day but I completely understand how frustrating it is. We can usually shift things around for the day of but he has to be out of town now on the 16th. So very sorry. Please let me know if I can offer some alternative times.
Thank you!

Wow. That's really unfortunate - 1just told six PUC commissioners from across the U.S. yesterday that w e were confirmed.
Is there no way to meet on the 16th, as planned?

Unfortunately it looks like the 16th will no longer work for us. Could we potentially look at the week of the 19th?

Good afternoon Paul,
Hopeful that this finds you well! Ken sent over the below email from you about getting a meeting set up in June. As it stands now, it looks like the morning of the 16th or the 19th we could find some time. Would either of those work? I'll look forward to coordinating with you!
Thank you!

Ken,
Great talking to you today. Looks like we are all on the same page.
Here's the proposed agenda for the first meeting.

ED 001523B 00006321-00006
We are all available in the second half o f June.
As far as agenda items for the first call, we identified several points to consider.
1, The economic impact o f the regulation proposed under the Obama administration and what the changes would be under the new version of the regulations current being proposed by EPA, 2, Discuss wavs to increase the involvement of state commissions and state environmental and energy offices in the rule making process and ensure that it happens early in process. 3, What does the EPA Administrator wish to accomplish by establishing this group? What would be process for adding new topics as issues arise? 4, What does the framework look like going forward? 5, What are the EPA's current thinking or plans for dealing with Coal Ash?
