I am writing to follow up on my voicemail and invite you to speak at the fall meeting of the Cross-Cutting Issues Group. The Cross-Cutting Issues Group is a group of approximately 11 electric generating companies located throughout the country that tracks and participates in rulemaking issues related to waste, water, and wildlife issues affecting the industry.
Our meetings are informal (think round table discussions), and primarily consist of educational presentations by Baker Botts attorneys. We enjoy hosting a guest speaker to talk on current events of interest to the electric generating industry. We would love for you to speak to the
