Mr. D. G. Callahan H. B. Fuller Company Pallatine, Illinois
Dear Mr. Callahan: Enclosed is a report of our dust sampling at your facility. I think you will find the report self-explanatory, however, should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me. Please note that 1929-22-6 is extremly high. We believe that another fibrous material is present and has contaminated the sample. In a few weeks I will be in your area again and I would like to call you about this and possibly set-up another test for the dumping of asbestos. I have also enclosed, in duplicate, a letter requesting your permission to use the information obtained by these dust counts. We would appreciate your approval with a signature by proper authority.
Very truly yours
