Dear Larry, Judy and John: I think we should get the show ^on the road pretty soon with respect to the Monsanto deposition^ Both depositions must be completed by May 15, and we may want a little space between the two in order to study the transcript, etc. Basically we have decisions to make with respect to three possible subjects for the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition and the subpoena: existence of any separate Monsanto operating subsidiary in the 1960's and early 70's; Ruth Griffith; and the so-called "pooling arrangement" which Monsanto has mentioned in its previous interrogatory answers in connection with Conoco.
