PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS If a procedure is currently active at relief, state in the relief notes the status off the job and the steps that have been completed up to this point. Highlight the procedure steps as they are completed so operations personnel are aware of its status. This is especially important during shift relief when jobs are incomplete. Avoid carryover of a job when possible. I.E. Starting a Job at 5:00 AM/PM, just prior to relief.
