Due to the budgeting limits, the brief report described in Task 2 will not be prepared and travel costs to the meeting in Washington, D.C. will not be charged to the project. However, all key findings and recommendations will be presented at the meeting in Washington, DC on September 19, 1996. We propose to conduct this work on a Time and Materials Basis with a not-to-exceed cost of $6,000.
