Unfortunately after internal discussions I have to inform you that it will not be possible for Dupont to have 2 full slots of interventions during the BCR of next week. At the BCR we want to give every stakeholder the same amount of time to voice their opinion on this restriction. By giving you a full slot in the confidential and one full slot in the non-confidential slot we would be giving Dupont additional time compared to other stakeholders. Therefore we would like to give either of two options as solution to this: - Either you can have one full intervention of 10 minutes in the confidential part of the meeting, this would mean only 2 people of Dupont can attend in person, any additional info can however always be shared with us via mail so we can also take this into account. - Another option is that you can have 2 separate interventions of 5 minutes each, this way you can present both confidential and non-confidential material, but you will have shorter timing per intervention. Please let us know which of these 2 options you prefer. You can always call me if you would like to discuss this further.
