Trump Announces Plan To Depart Paris But Open To Re-Enter On 'Fair' Terms
President Donald Trump has announced his intention to withdraw the United States from the landmark Paris climate agreement, starting a process to fulfill a campaign pledge to leave a deal he considers harmful to domestic interests but hampering the global effort to reduce greenhouse gases to avoid the worst impacts of climate {change.
