Re: EDC Panel Budget In response to my t elefax of March 18, 1993, it has been suggested that rather than contribu ting $12,000 at this time, the EDC Pfuel only contribute enough funds to cover the negative balance and provide for; minimal administration ti A more in-depth discussion of potential- Panel activities and corr-esponding budget|needs can occur later, I am recommending th;at the Panel companies contribute a total of $2,400. This will not o;mly cover the negative Panel balance, the interest accrued on that balance, and administrative fees through March, it will also be su fficient for future administrative fees, so that we can avoid this si tuation in the near future.
