South Charleston, Taft, and Texas City As Indicated In the Task Group's September 29, 1986, memorandum entitled "Proposed Technology Program In 1987 In Support of Existing Operations" (copy attached), we recognized the Importance of this activity since the cooperation of each location Is essential, to the success of the program.
