The first paper has been approved by the vx and the last two are in the final stages of revision. We had expected this work to be completed in September. However, recent editorial decisions, journal requirements to get the formal approval of all authors (all at different locations and with competing agendas) , and competing priorities for clerical resources have served to delay closure.
