You get the letter and it is just there 11 and they have the dates in there about the filing 12 dates of cases and things, Your Honor. 13 THE COURT: I am going to mark the one that 14 is marked VA 35 and keep that for identification, 15 dated -- it has a written date of May 30th of '96, 16 which is the Court Clerk's writing. And the one that 17 will be admitted in evidence is the redacted portion 18 which is marked VA 35 minus those items that have been 19 objected to by -- or have been requested to be 20 included by the defense. 21 MS.
