In order to fulfill my committments up to July 1, 1953 I will remain in Saranac Lake for the next several months. During that time every effort will be made to prepare the various reports of investigation and studies for which I am responsible. This includes the final editing of the Seventh Saranac Symposium, It is near completion and will be ready for the publisher in a very short time. I wish to express to you, Bill, my appreciation for the interest and considerate understanding extended to me during the twenty years of my association with the Saranac Laboratory.
