Dear Sir:
The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Title III, Section 313, requires that facilities meeting certain criteria must submit information pertaining to the toxic chemical reporting requirements under Title III. The Dow Chemical Company, Louisiana Division, is submitting this information for the chemicals as required by 40 CFR Part 372. This TRI Report is being submitted using magnetic media and a hard copy of each Toxic Chemical Reporting Form R.
