Subject: Bulk Asbeetos Analysis -- Dearborn Stamping Plant
As requested, the sample which you submitted was analyzed for asbestos. Purpose of this analysis was to respond to management's concern over the
composition of various materials suspected of containing asbestos.
Results, as shown on the attached data sheet, indicate that the sample contained
significant amounts of asbestos. Employees who work with this material should
be informed of its contents and provided appropriate protective equipment.
Additionally, appropriate work practioee and methods must be followed. Guidance
is available in the Company's "Asbestos Training Program" available from
Employee Health Services.
