Dear Wes: We have recently completed negotiations with the Tyler, Texas Union and have made the following improvements in the insurance program for this operation: Effective date: April 1, 1965 To be covered: Active employees as of that date. (As we have some people on layoff at this time, they will not be covered with the increased coverag until their return to work. Retired or 1 ave of absence employees will not be increased.) Group Life coverage: Increased $2,090 to a total of $4,000. Accidental Death and Dismemberment: $4,000 (Prior to this date, no coverage,) Ot retirement, the Croup Life will be immediately reduced to $2,000.
