W., Washington, D.C. 20008, beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m. Just for your information, American Airlines purchased the Shoreham and it is now known as The Shoreham Americana. A review of the attached agenda, prepared by Mr. Heckman and Chairman Karl Hochschwender, will indicate that there are a number of important topics to be discussed at our meeting, and it would appear that there may be even more by way of Items to be dealt with than heretofore. Therefore, it is extremely important that the meeting start promptly at 9:00 a.m. that day and, also, those of you shown on the agenda as delivering a formal report should bring a written report in order that the meeting progress smoothly and to facilitate the preparation of the minutes. We have, of course, set aside the usual block of sleeping rooms for the previous evening, l.e., Wednesday, January 9, and in this regard, please get in touch directly with Miss Ruth Jackson in Reservations.
