This to inform you of the following results of your vinyl chloride excursion samples on March 21, 19S3 while disconnecting barge Reina Del Rama. Both were above the ceiling of 5 PPM:
Dana Guilbeau - 34.3 PPM Gregory Franklin - 71.2 PPM
Vent header valve was leaking on barge. Breathing air was used.
You may make arrangements with our Medical Dept, for a physical if you so desire.
