The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Title m. Section 313, requires that facilities meeting certain criteria must submit information pertaining to the toxic chemical reporting requirements under Title HI. The Dow Chemical Company submitted this information for the chemical in the Louisiana Division as required by 40 CFR Part 372.
