So far as the asbestos dust is concerned, I think te nave conquered it at Charles tor., and the same methods could be applied at Manhelm, with about one-half the cost at Charleston, because it is all laid out and v.e are working out the process, and we do know we have just about as satisfactory a system there as it is possible to get at this tine. You are familiar with the results obtained at Charleston.
