ICIS #: 3601516615 Inspection Summary - Inspector Comments and Findings Inspector Maksimuk observed exterior prep/painting in progress at location. No lead-safe practices were in place. Paint chips were scattered on the ground on the entry area and front lawn. Several workers were inside the residence performing a kitchen remodel and extensive drywall repairs/replacement. Maksimuk also observed painted rake boards (trim) that appeared to be scraped or sanded. Rain gutters were laying on the ground. Maksimuk was approached by the site representative, Kirk. Maksimuk ID'd self and Kirk stated this project was a remodel by the owner contractor, Scott Hopper, owner of Creative Landscape & Design. Kirk stated Mr. Hopper was in Mexico, on vacation. Maksimuk did not enter the house due to a dusty environment. When asked, the site rep (Kirk) was not familiar with the RRP Rule and lead-safe work practices.
