They find a very marked degenerative lesion of the nerves, particu larly of the sensory nerves; this explains the pain and the ulceration. They also find both arteries and veins show marked narrowing to complete closure. The most significant clue in the whole thing is the nerve disease. As we all know, lead does attack nerves and injures them badly Your disease in the latter aspects could be explained on the basis of lead poisoning. That is as far as we can go in the matter as we have no other available explanation of the pro found changes that were present. Regarding treatment, I must confess that you have had every thing known from this standpoint. I think probably it would be well to have the case with the State Industrial Commission reopened, presenting this evidence I am referring your letter to the Business Office so that they will note what you have said about your account.
