They would like to discuss business plans for the Gulf of Mexico and how these could dovetail with the Administration's energy policies. BP has been exploring in the Deepwater Gulf for three decades and for the past ten years has been the largest energy investor in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2016, BP produced 264,000 barrels of oil equivalent in the Gulf each day. Mr. Morrison and Mr. Minge would welcome the opportunity to come in and discuss a number of issues facing the business and future plans.
