3. If the Contractor has need for a tempo rary field office and telephone, arrange ments must be made with the Contract Administrator. 4. Limited Site water and U5-V electrical service may be used for construction pur poses. Contractor shall make necessary connections to these services with ap proval of the Contract Administrator. Fire hydrants shall not be used unless approval has been given by the Contract Adminis trator and the Fire Chief. 5. Toilet facilities for Contractor employees will be provided by the Contractor, unless the Contract Administrator approves the use of Site facilities. 6. The Site cafeteria may be used by Con tractor personnel between 10:30and 11:30 a.m.. in the lower level only, if the proper dress code is met. Proper dress code includes a clean shirt with sleeves (and without offensive symbols, decals, or messages), long pants, and shoes. Other buildings lunch rooms may be used only if approved by the Contract Administrator. 7. The Contract Administrator must approve the use of cameras on Site. S. Contractors must provide their own first aid and medical services. Du Pont medical facilities will be made available only in emergency situations where the severity of the injury dictates immediate attention. Eyewash and safety showers are available for emergencies--know their locations. 8- - 9. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles >r outside of buildings except in special smoking areas designated by the Contract Administrator. Smoking areas within Site buildings will be designated by the Con tract Administrator. 10. Intoxicants and illegal drugs are -iricily prohibited. 11. Horseplay and vulgarity will noi be tolerated. 12. Strike-anywhere matches, firearms, and ammunition or explosives 'unless .ipproved by the Contract Administrator' are prohibited. 13. Building and/or roof evacuation instruc tions.! when applicable) will be given by the Contract Administrator before work starts. 14. Contract personnel shall conduct them selves in a manner that does not consti tute a hazard to Du Pont employees or property. 15. Contractor will keep the Contract Admin istrator fully advised of any work which may affect the safety of Du Pont employ ees or property. 16. Contractor will immediately report all injuries, fatalities, lost workday v-i-.es because of injuries, injuries of media interest and safety incidents to the Con tract Administrator. 17.
