You indicated in our m eeting th at the re p o rt on the TM L field p ro g ra m should be com pleted by the m iddle or la tte r p a rt of F e b ru a ry and th at we could then a rra n g e for the d isc u ssio n in W ashington. This com pletion tim e w ill w ork out nicely as our la b o ra to ry and field application w ork w ill be in re p o rt form by the la tter p a rt of F eb ru ary . In m y d isc u ssio n w ith A dm . Biggs* office we have te n tativ ely set the w eek of M arch 5 as a tim e for our co n feren ce. They would like as m uch as two w eeks advance notice in o rd e r to get the p ro p e r rep resen tatio n from such groups as the A rm y, Navy, A ir F o rce, M PSA, NATO, and o th e rs. The group would actually be about the sam e as we had before. I appreciate that you have a continuously heavy schedule; th e re fo re I would like your co m m en ts, D r. K ehoe, on the tim ing of our m eeting and the m ost convenient date for you. I have d iscussed this schedule w ith M r. Sabina, who w ill join us as he did at the la st m eeting.
