RE: 0324-447277
Dear Mr. Malone:
The matter still continues as a workmen's Compensation petition in Newark and has not yet reached a trial listing.
REDACTED
In reference to the interrogatories that we will be obligated
to answer^ has there been any completion of the needed items
especially materials that
worked with for the last
five years preceding 1968.
The death was as a result of bronchogenic carcinoma and we
have attempted to determine if
came in contact with
any agents that could have possibly played a part in his
condition.
REDACTED
I realize the difficulty in documenting every single item
that l
worked with, but I believe that classifications
may be of benefit in order to answer the interrogatories
submitted.
I am enclosing an abstract of an article which may be of some assistance in pinpointing some of those agents which nay be involved in occupational cancer, The questions on which we need your assistance in regard to the interrogatories are Nos. 7, 8, 9, 13 and 20. We will be readily able to handle the other questions.
If you have any questions in this matter, I would be glad to discuss them with you.
Very truly yours.
