Dr Irons felt that the conversations with the U of Chad jeoparized his standing. Dr. Irons requested that a letter be sent to U of C stating that the consortium agreed to funding and agreed to CinPathogen. Dr. Irons dictated the letter to Brian Doll, who typed the letter, emailed to Patsy. Patsy signed the letter and faxed it the Irons and U of C staff. Feb 28 Howard eldman left a voice mail for Patsy that "You must withdraw the letter by cob Thursday, March 1. If not, API will send a countermanding letter to U of C, I in essence withdrawing the letter.
