These proposed studies have grown out of our own investigations and are directed toward evaluating effects at levels which exceed the highest dietary level of lead (500 ppm) being fed to rats and dogs under Medical Research Project No, MR-787. The proposed studios are listed below# Hi 1. Continue the rat reproduction study being conducted at dietary levels of 0, 1000 and 2000 ppm Pb. The F,b generation has been cast.
