I do not now represent any person or persons other than said plaintiffs in any pending or proposed claim or olaims or aotion or actions against said corporation to recover damages by reason of conditions alleged to exist or to have existed at any factory or plant of said corporation, or of any of its predecessors in Interest or of any of its .Controlled or subsidiary companies. # 2 Z do not know of any claims or actions against said corporation or against any of its controlled or sub sidiary companies arising out of said alleged conditions other than those of said plaintiffs. I will not accept any retainer to represent or to assist any claimant or plaintiff as attorney or counsel or otherwise in any claim or action far the recovery of damages arising out of said alleged conditions. 4. I will not, directly or indirectly, assist any other attorney or person in presenting any such -claim or in investigating same, or in starting or trying any such action. 5.
