I would like to invite you to be a speaker at the upcoming 2017 Executive Leadership Conference sponsored by the American Council for Technology and the Industry Advisory Council. This year we will be exploring the theme "Mission Possible." With an expected 800 attendees from both industry and government, this educational event will be attended by leaders who make the decisions that affect each of us every day. The event will be held October 29- 31, 2017 at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, VA.
We would like for you to be a speaker on a panel discussion scheduled for Tuesday morning, October 31, 2017.
The first full day of this year's sessions, Monday, October 30, 2017, will be organized around three concurrent tracks. This will maximize interaction and learning among the participants, allowing them to delve deeper into one area of interest. We value your leadership in helping to make this an informative, thought provoking and collaborative event.
If you are able to speak at this year's conference, please respond to this email with your
RSVP by October 17, 2017. We would be happy to help fill out any ethics paperwork
that you need for your approval process. When you RSVP, if you could provide the

Workshop speakers must register for ELC. You are welcome to attend all of the sessions
on the day of your presentation as a guest of ACT-IAC. If you would like to attend the
entire event (Sunday-Tuesday) we have a reduced speaker's price of $495.
Once you accept this invitation and provide the above information, a member of the ACT-IAC staff will assist you with your registration. If you provide dates that you will be staying at the hotel, we will make reservations for you in our speaker block. Per ACTIAC policy, speakers are responsible for any expenses related to lodging and transportation which they may incur as a result of their participation. We encourage speakers to stay for the entire event, October 29 -31, 2017.
Press Policy ACT-IAC's operating principles require that the organization and all of its activities be conducted in a manner that is objective, vendor-neutral and transparent. In accordance with these principles, the general assumption governing ACT-IAC activities is that they shall be open to the press unless an exception is specifically made in advance or, in some cases, on-the-spot due to a speaker request, or other unforeseen circumstances. Plenary and track sessions shall be open to the press and on the record.
