The briefing will be held at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. There are 4-5 speakers over the course of the afternoon, each speak for approximately 10-15 minutes. There may also be a few questions as well. They are able to accommodate what works best for the Secretary's schedule.
