Kehoe Kettering Laboratory University of Cincinnati Eden Avenue Cincinnati, 19, Ohio . Dear Doctor Kehoe: I have your letter of January 2B. It is very kind of you to take the time to reply to my communication of October 16 upon returning to your office. Your letter is very instructive and it will be very helpful in formulating this Division's opinion with respect to lead and sulfur hair dyes and other lead-containing cosmetics. The work which we are undertaking with respect to the advertising of foods, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices covers a very wide range of subjects and difficult problems. ?ve can not make sound progress in this work except we have the assistance of those who are real experts in the various divisions of the medical sciences. You can readily appreciate that such help is absolutely necessary if the work is to be one properly. Thanks for your assistance Sincerely yours, OJ. tJ>.* Dis UU KruRllEiTXTX,y iMV..L*DiJ. ,y LDii rr e"c<tor, Medical Advisory Division oo
