I would like you to note that the Commission is not involved at this stage of the preparation of the Annex XV restriction dossier. The five European States will submit the Annex XV restriction dossier to ECHA; the RAC and SEAC Scientific Committees will form their opinions, which will be sent to the Commission. It is only at that stage that the Commission examines all the information concerning the proposed restriction by the five European States.
